ABOUT THE COMPANY

Otsu Labs is a 2D animation studio with a primary focus on the anime style. We provide end-to-end services, from character design and environment concept creation to storyboard development and final scene production. In addition to commercial projects, Otsu Labs is committed to developing original intellectual properties (IPs), delivering innovative and groundbreaking works in the animation industry.
We are looking for a creative Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will help produce and optimize engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring clear and consistent brand messaging that resonates with our international audience and supports Otsu Labs’ online presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write engaging copy for ads, campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Assist in basic A/B testing under guidance from the marketing team.
• Create and schedule content for company social media channels.
• Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, CTR) and report to team leaders.
• Keep a record of work samples to showcase creativity and output.
• Work with designers and marketers to ensure content matches the brand style.
• Support basic photo/video shooting and simple video editing when needed.
• Working hours: from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or depending on the nature of the job), Monday to Saturday morning.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English proficiency (Writing IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent, e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC).
• Experience in creating marketing content and measuring basic performance metrics (likes, shares, CTR, etc.).
• Ability to write content, assist with simple thumbnail design, and perform basic A/B testing.
• Content marketing achievements demonstrated with clear metrics.
• Interest in exploring AI tools to support work.
• At least 1 year of experience in content marketing or related roles.
• Basic photography/videography and simple video editing skills are a plus.
