Otsu Labs is a studio specializing in 2D animation, with a primary focus on anime style. We provide end-to-end services from character design, concept environment building, and storyboard creation to final scene production. In addition to commercial projects, Otsu Labs is also aiming to develop original IPs (intellectual properties), creating innovative and groundbreaking products in the animation industry.
Execution & Follow-up: Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and persistently follow up with internal teams and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met.
Data Control: Track, remind, and lock timesheet data for the team and freelancers according to reporting cycles (Focus on data accuracy, not payments).
Documentation: Prepare and organize internal documents, reports, and checklists; ensure all assets and files are stored correctly.
Logistics: Assist the Line Producer in organizing internal meetings, schedules, and production calendars
From 0–1 year of experience in production support, coordination, or related roles;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and careful with documentation;
Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar tools;
Understanding or interest in animation/media production is a plus;
Good communication skills and a cooperative working attitude.
