ABOUT THE COMPANY

Otsu Labs is a 2D animation studio specializing in anime-style productions. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead our communication and brand-building efforts, working directly with the Board of Directors (BOD). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of hands-on marketing initiatives that shape the public image of a growing animation studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute marketing, branding, and communication activities as assigned by the Marketing Manager
• Assist in creating, editing, and managing content across communication channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
• Support the organization of marketing campaigns, events, and brand collaborations
• Monitor industry trends and audience behavior to propose relevant and timely content
• Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging across platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
• Working hours: from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or depending on the nature of the job), Monday to Saturday morning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English proficiency (Speaking IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent, e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC)
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content
• Strong skills in content execution and media coordination
• Good aesthetic sense and strong brand awareness
• Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player
• Experience in creative industries, digital media, or entertainment is a plus
